Medium Duty Spool – EZLogic® 190-NSPEZ, Zero Pressure Accumulation Conveyor
The Model 138-NSPEZ and 190-NSPEZ Zero Pressure Accumulation Conveyor is a horizontal live roller conveyor designed for Zero Pressure Accumulation of product. Positive braking in each zone reduces the possibility of damage to fragile items during accumulation. Singulation feature allows products to be removed from any location on the conveyor.
This is how it works… The conveyor is divided into accumulation zones. Each zone extracts power from a line shaft that runs the entire length of the conveyor. Brakes are sometimes pneumatically applied to the tread rollers in each zone, causing product in that zone to stop. The EZLogic Accumulation Modules sense the presence of a product and control the accumulation and release of product from the zone.

- Bed – 9-1/2″ deep x 12 ga. formed steel channel frame powder painted
- Rollers – 1.9″ dia. x 16 ga. galvanized tread rollers spaced every 3″ and an EZLogic® Accumulation Module located in each zone
- Overall Frame Widths: 16″, 18″, 20″, 22″, 24″, 26″, 28″, 30″, 34″, 36″, 40″, & 42″
- Motor – 1/2 HP standard – 2 HP max.
- Adjustable Floor Supports Available
- The (190-NSPEZ) Zero Pressure Accumulation Conveyor’s capacity max. load is 15 lbs. With no minimum load per drive roller.

Medium Duty 190-NSPEZC Zero Pressure Accumulation Curve Conveyor
190-NSPEZC – Medium Duty Curve (EZLogic®) The 190-NSPEZC Curves are designed to be slave driven from the 190-NSPEZ Conveyor. Curves are used where turns in the conveyor line are essential.
- Bed – 9-1/2″ x 12 ga. powder painted formed steel channel frame.
- Overall Frame Widths: 16″, 18″, 20″, 22″, 24″, 26″, 28″, 30″, 34″, 36″, 40″, & 42″
- Rollers – 2-1/2″ Dia. galvanized tapered to 1-11/16″ Dia. roller
- 1 in. dia. steel drive shaft extends the full length of conveyor, coupled with universal joints at intervals
- Accumulation Zones – 24 in. long air controlled accumulation zones with EZ-Logic Accumulation System
- Adjustable Floor Supports are supplied as optional equipment
