ABEZ Medium Duty Flat Belt – EZLogic® ABEZ Zero Pressure Accumulation Conveyor

Hytrol (EZLogic®) Medium-Duty ABEZ Zero Pressure Accumulation Live Roller Conveyor is designed for applications that require accumulation of products without building up line pressure. Singulation feature allows products to be easily removed from any location on conveyor. Products being conveyed can vary in length and accumulate with a minimum gap between them.

Zoned Accumulation feature allows products to be easily removed from any location along conveyor. Individual Control Modules located in each accumulating Zone allows for any number of features to be included in the system depending on what features are desired.

The model ABEZ equipped with EZLogic® Gen3 zone controllers is an excellent conveyor for controlling carton flow in systems where frequent staging and merging of product is required. Features such as dynamic zone allocation provide good management of individual cartons, even of widely varying size and weight. Such control is ideal in areas of a system where each box must be handled separately.

There are areas in a ABEZ Zero Pressure Accumulation Conveyor system where such individual carton control are not necessary, however. These can include areas near the “upstream” end of the conveyor system where zero-pressure accumulation is important to create temporary storage, but where cartons don’t require separation. In fact, often it is desirable for the cartons to be densely packed to more fully utilize the storage space of the conveyor.

The ABEZ Zero Pressure Accumulation – Long Zone Concept allows you to use zones up to 10 feet long with fewer EZLogic zone controllers and produces dense product accumulation. These work together to lower the system cost and the customer receives the many benefits and features of the EZLogic ABEZ Zero Pressure Accumulation System only provided by Hytrol.
