Heavy Duty 36-CREZD Zero Pressure Accumulation Conveyors – EZLogic®
Hytrol’s Model 36-CREZD ( Zero Pressure Accumulation Conveyor ) is a chain driven live roller “Zero Pressure Accumulation Conveyor” designed to handle loads such as drums and pallets, etc. Items are accumulated with zero back pressure, thus reducing collisions that may result in loss of time, waste and product damage.
36-CREZD Zero Pressure Accumulation Conveyor Specifications:
- Bed – 5-3/4″ x 4 ga. formed channel on side opposite chain guard and 7-3/4″ x 4 ga. formed channel on chain guard side
- Overall Frame Widths: 34-1/4″, 38-1/4″, 42-1/4″, 46-1/4″, 50-1/4″, 54-1/4″, 58-1/4″, 62-1/4″, 66-1/4″, & 70-1/4″
- Rollers – 3-1/2″ dia. x .300 wall unplated rollers spaced every 6″
- EZDrive – 1/2 HP Shaft mounted gear motor located near center of each zone
- 36-CREZD Zero Pressure Accumulation Conveyor’s capacity – Maximum load per linear foot of conveyor; 2000 lbs. Maximum unit load; 5000 lbs. per zone

199-CRE24EZ 24 VDC Zero Pressure Accumulation Conveyor – EZLogic®
The Model 199-CRE24EZ Zero Pressure Accumulation Conveyor uses a 24VDC motor/reducer to drive chain driven tread rollers. This conveyor is designed to handle cartons or pallets in conditions that may not be suitable for belt driven rollers. Products may be accumulated in zones and released upon request.
